We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychologist Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing psychological support, conducting research, and assisting in developing mental health programs. You will work closely with professionals in the field and contribute to initiatives that enhance mental well-being.
- Assist in conducting one-on-one counseling sessions under supervision.
- Support the development and execution of mental health workshops and programs.
- Conduct research on current psychological trends and practices.
- Collaborate with the team to design strategies for promoting mental well-being.
- Document case histories and progress reports as guided by the supervisor.
- Engage in discussions to provide insights on improving emotional health.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for mental health advocacy.
- Basic knowledge of psychological theories and counseling techniques.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Preferred Degrees:
- Undergraduate students: BA/BSc in Psychology or related fields.
- Postgraduate students: MA/MSc in Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
- College students in their 2nd, 3rd, or final year are particularly encouraged to apply.
