What are your responsibilities?- Lead the design, development, and integration of AI/ML solutions into business workflows.- Develop and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.- Build, test, and deploy advanced AI tools, including chatbots, labor estimation systems, and predictive models.- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and robustness.- Mentor and train junior data scientists and engineers in AI/ML best practices and frameworks.- Design and deploy APIs and data pipelines to support AI-driven solutions.- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to drive business insights.- Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to inform strategy.- Perform other tasks as assigned to drive the company's AI initiatives.- Other tasks as assigned. Does experience count?- 5+ years in data science, AI/ML, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions.- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent programming languages; familiarity with C# or web development frameworks is a plus.- Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like Azure OpenAI Service or Hugging Face.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and deploying AI solutions at scale.- Strong skills in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.- Experience with APIs, web services, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems.- Familiarity with Microsoft D365, Business Central, or ability to quickly learn related systems is a plus.- Experience building end-to-end agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle challenges head-on.
