Sharing key responsibilities for the role - 


*****D2C Experience Mandatory*****


Brand Vision and Strategy: Define and maintain the brand’s creative vision, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Content Creation Oversight: Lead the development of visual and written content, including campaigns, product imagery, and promotional materials.

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and resonate with customers.

Digital Presence Enhancement: Develop and Guide the aesthetic and functional aspects of the brand’s website, social media, and other digital channels.

D2C:

  • Design and execute content strategies specifically for the D2C model, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and growth through personalized and engaging content.
  • Enhance the brand’s digital presence by optimizing website content, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media strategies to drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to integrate content seamlessly into all digital touchpoints, maximizing conversion and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:Core Skills:

  • Creative Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering innovation and collaboration while maintaining a high level of content quality.
  • D2C Marketing Experience: Expertise in Direct-to-Consumer marketing, content optimization for e-commerce platforms, and driving customer engagement through content.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Strong experience in developing and executing content strategies that align with business goals, focusing on customer engagement and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze content performance, use data to refine strategies, and make informed decisions to drive content success.
