NoidaJob Summary We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on growth marketer to lead our organic and social media ecosystem — with a focus on YouTube, content-driven community building, and webinar-led enrolments. The Senior Manager – Social & Organic Growth will own how our brand shows up across platforms, how content converts to community, and how engagement translates into leads. You’ll bring together content strategy, storytelling, and growth marketing to accelerate our organic reach and brand authority.Key Responsibilities 1. YouTube Growth & Content Strategy · Lead end-to-end strategy for the official YouTube channel — from planning topics and formats to optimizing publishing cadence and video performance. · Partner with faculty, creators, and industry experts to produce and deliver compelling educational content. · Build a content calendar that aligns with learner interests, search intent, and program marketing goals. Leverage YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and storytelling to maximize reach and retention. 2. Webinar & Organic Enrolment Funnel · Conceptualize and execute webinar-led engagement journeys — from sign-ups to enrolment. · Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to calendarize and plan the activity & design sessions that educate, engage, and convert. · Track participation trends, engagement levels, and conversion outcomes to refine formats and messaging. 3. Community Management & griwth · Own the brand presence across popular educational blogs and forums · Create consumer-led Q&A techniques to improve brand discoverability and leads · Develop platform-specific content strategies that build brand affinity and thought leadership. 4. Growth Marketing & Insights · Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and lead trends. · Build regular performance summaries tracking engagement, audience growth, and lead contribution (without being analytics-heavy). · Benchmark competitors and global education channels to stay ahead in organic growth and content innovation.Key Success Metrics · YouTube subscriber, view, and engagement growth · Increase in organic leads and webinar-driven enrolments · Social media reach, engagement rate, and community sentiment · Content consistency, authority, and shareability across channelsDesired Profile · 6–10 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or growth marketing, preferably in education, edtech, or digital-first brands. · Proven experience in building and scaling YouTube channels and executing content-driven growth initiatives. · Strong understanding of organic growth levers, content formats, and storytelling that drives engagement. · Familiarity with social insights tools and a data-informed approach to content planning. · Creative thinker with excellent collaboration and project management skills.
