Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust .NET Core applications according to client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy software solutions.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and performance.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.

- Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development.

- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework Core, and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically and creatively.

- Good communication skills with the capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in a night shift environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React.

- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Certifications in .NET or related technologies are a plus.
