Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to support the company’s growth objectives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting sales activities across different product verticals.This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Market Development - Identify and target new customers across relevant industries. - Research potential clients, market segments, and upcoming opportunities. - Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, exhibitions, social platforms, and networking. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. - Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable offerings. - Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers. - Prepare and deliver presentations, company profiles, and introductory pitches. - Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until closure. - Support negotiations and help close orders in coordination with senior management. - Work closely with product, technical, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. - Coordinate with international OEM partners for product details, pricing, and approvals (if applicable). - Assist marketing team with promotional activities, campaigns, and exhibitions.Educational Qualification:BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringRequired Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good presentation and negotiation abilities. - Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. - Ability to learn new products and explain them confidently. - Good Excel/PowerPoint and documentation skills. - Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Professional, confident, and well-organized. - Result-focused approach with the ability to work independently. - Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable with field visits and travel.Experience:0–4 years in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Engagement.Experience in industrial, engineering, or equipment-related industries is an added advantage but not mandatory.
