Description :Role Overview :We are seeking an experienced Application Developer Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional to design, develop, and configure business applications aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization across supply chain functions.Key Responsibilities :- Design, build, and configure Oracle SCM applications to meet specific business requirements.- Independently handle end-to-end development tasks and provide SME-level support.- Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving sessions.- Document application processes, workflows, and technical procedures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization for developed applications.- Stay updated with evolving Oracle technologies and supply chain management trends.Required Skills :Must Have Skills :- Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) mandatory- Strong understanding of application development methodologies- Hands-on experience with database management and integration- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques- Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesGood to Have Skills :- Exposure to Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management)- Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization- Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/ReportsMandatory Criteria (Profiles will not be considered unless they meet these) :- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM.- 4-6 years total professional experience in application development.- Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.- Must be available to join immediately or within 20 days.- Must be willing to work onsite at Bengaluru.Professional Expectations :- Ability to perform independently and take ownership of deliverables.- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.- Adaptability to learn new tools, methods, and Oracle updates.- Contribution to team discussions, innovation, and project efficiency.
