AI Automation Engineer

Job Title: AI Automation Engineer (n8n + LLM + Dashboards)Experience:1–2 years Salary : Up to ₹15,000 per month Location:Remote Type:Full-time About the Role We are looking for a skilled AI Automation Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in building automation systems, integrating complex APIs, and developing AI-powered workflows. You will work on projects involving Google Business Profile automation, review analytics, LLM-powered insights, and custom dashboard development for clients. This role is fully hands-on and requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to design end-to-end automation + AI pipelines. Key Responsibilities Automation & Integrations Build and maintain n8n workflows for automation, data extraction, and third-party integrations. Work with Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) APIs to extract insights, reviews, listings data, and performance metrics. Design scalable automation pipelines with scheduled tasks, alerts, and triggers. Troubleshoot automation failures, API issues, and workflow bottlenecks. Backend Engineering Develop backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Flask). Implement cron jobs, queues (BullMQ / Celery), async tasks, and webhooks. Collaborate on API design, documentation, and system architecture. AI / ML & LLM Engineering Build NLP workflows for: Sentiment analysis Review categorization Topic/trend detection Text summarization Work with: OpenAI API HuggingFace Transformers spaCy / NLTK Build simple ML pipelines for text analytics. Implement LLM-powered features such as: Automated review responses Chatbots Lead scoring Auto-generated insights LLM Fine-Tuning & LangChain (New) Fine-tune small/medium models (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT). Build retrieval systems using LangChain, Vector DBs (FAISS/Chroma). Train and evaluate custom domain-specific models. Integrate LLMs into automation workflows (n8n + backend). Optimize prompts and reduce hallucinations for production usage. Dashboard Development Build interactive dashboards using React.js/Next.js. Create charts & analytics visualizations (Chart.js / Recharts / ECharts). Develop clean UI using TailwindCSS or Material UI. Database & Cloud Work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Use Redis for caching/queues (optional). Deploy and maintain systems on AWS, GCP, Vercel, Render, Railway. Basic Docker for packaging services.
