Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design for PQ meters, Energy Meters, and Protection Relays.
- Engage in analog mixed-signal, high-speed digital design including Controllers, DSP, ARM, and Power supplies.
- Perform Analog design with operational amplifiers, transformers, and discrete solutions.
- Participate in industrial product design, development, and testing.
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and design, DFM, and DFT.
- Engage in PCB design, layout, and Gerber file preparation.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and component testing.
- Conduct reliability testing and qualification testing (EMI/EMC, Safety, Environmental) as per IEC/CE/FCC standards.
- Ensure compliance with UL safety standards.
Essential Skills:
- Strong practical experience in developing PQ meters, Energy Meters, and Protection Relays.
- Extensive experience in analog mixed-signal, high-speed digital design.
- Expertise in industrial product design, development, and testing.
- Proficiency in signal integrity analysis, DFM, DFT, and PCB design.
- Strong knowledge of board bring-up, debugging, and component testing.
- Experience in reliability and qualification testing in line with international standards.
- Familiarity with UL safety standards.
Soft Skills:
- Efficient customer interfacing abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
