Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the construction process from start to finish. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, from planning through completion.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process, finding effective solutions quickly.

- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project milestones and addressing any concerns.

- Ensure that all work is performed according to contractual agreements and Tron Homes’ quality standards.

- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Construction Project Manager in residential or luxury home projects.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

- PMP certification is a plus.
