Position: Fit-Out Supervisor

Location: Dubai

  1. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and building codes relevant to the region.
  2. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  3. Leadership & Supervision: Strong leadership skills to manage onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders.
  5. Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  6. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
  7. Bilingual (Advantageous): Knowledge of English and Arabic (or other languages) could be an added advantage.


Responsibilities:

  1. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day activities on fit-out projects, ensuring work is being completed according to design specifications and within timelines.
  2. Quality Control: Ensure that all fit-out work meets industry standards and client expectations, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
  3. Coordination: Coordinate between different teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of the project.
  4. Resource Management: Ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment) on-site.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Regularly update project progress, report any delays, and suggest corrective actions.
  6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work progress, change orders, material usage, and other necessary project documentation.
  7. Final Handover: Ensure the project is completed to client satisfaction, with all necessary documentation, approvals, and compliance checks for project handover.
