Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with a strong background in AWS and cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions.

- Design and maintain solution architecture and ensure the robustness, security, and stability of applications.

- Provide leadership in implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS.

- Apply multi-threading, concurrency, and transaction management in a distributed environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions, mentor junior team members, and ensure coding best practices.

- Ensure proper documentation, and oversee the creation of both high-level and low-level technical documents.

- Handle system-wide tasks like caching, performance tuning, session management, and security.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Microservices.

- Expertise in AWS Cloud Services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.

- Strong experience with REST API, WebSocket, OAuth, OpenID.

- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best coding practices.

- Strong knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc).

- 6 to 9 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in leading teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
