Customer Service Support– International Voice Process

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our international voice process team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service, and efficiently resolving queries. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in international voice support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Update and maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide information on products/services and address billing, technical, or general inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations promptly.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (5 days a week).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage rotational shifts.
