Role: Operations Manager - Cloud Kitchen/QSR

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Kitchen/QSR Operations Manager to lead our kitchen operations, ensure sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food cost control, inventory management, customer service, and team building. If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for food service operations, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

-           Manage food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste

-           Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing ratings, reviews, complaints, feedback, and escalations

-           Develop and implement training programs to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

-           Analyze P&L statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives

-           Ensure sustainable growth by achieving +SSSG/TG and bottom-line growth

-           Identify potential gaps and implement practical SOPs to bridge them

-           Build and mentor high-performing teams, conducting tactical reviews to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase sales

-           Scout for geographic gaps and identify potential locations for new kitchens

Required Candidate profile

A dynamic goal-oriented leader with strong operational acumen & successful track record

of building a sustainable business. Should possess:

-           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-           The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

-           Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience:

-           6 to 8 years of experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, or food service operations management

-           Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving margins, and ensuring sustainable growth

Education:

-           Bachelor's or higher degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
