Key Responsibilities :- Define and implement robust architecture for complex web and cloud-based applications.- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable solutions using MERN Stack, FastAPI, and Next.js.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and best practices.- Oversee multi-database integration and cloud-agnostic deployments.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for engineering teams.- Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to improve system design and efficiency.Required Skills & Experience :- 7+ years of experience in full-stack application design and development.- Strong expertise in MERN Stack and Python FastAPI frameworks.- Hands-on experience with Next.js for SSR and dynamic front-end development.- Solid understanding of cloud-agnostic architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Proficiency in microservices, API design, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Experience in multi-database environments (SQL + NoSQL).- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
