Job Description: Brand Social Media and Content Manager

Reporting to: Brand General Manager

Job Location: Savita Vihar, East Delhi- Near Anand Vihar ISBT (100% WFO)

TFC The Fun Company is a new digital-first challenger brand currently operating in the hyper competitive Fashion Jewellery D2C segment. Our competitive advantages lie in superior customer service, innovative product design, and complete control over the value chain of product delivery. We are in our 10th month of active operations and have grown +25% vs last month


About the Position

Ownership of Social Media Management, Growth & Content

  • End to End Management of Social Media Channels – Literally everything, no exclusions
  • Ideate and execute content that resonates with TFC’s target audience for Social Media, Performance Ads and website
  • Continuously assess and incorporate best practices from competitors to ensure brand Social Media growth
  • Engage with the community across all social touchpoints in order to better understand customer needs and escalate insights based on feedback
  • If possible, get in front of the camera and create engaging content for the brand


Influenza Marketing

  • Strategize and oversee the Influenza activation and UGC content flywheel
  • Set up best practices to ensure maximum engagement and inculcate high touch concepts in Influenza Marketing
  • Supervise the Social Media associate to execute Influenza/SM activations and prevent her from making bad life decisions literally everyday


The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ Years of Social Media & Content experience in a Top Tier brand or Agency – We look for the intensity of experiences in the years and not the years of experience
  • A ruthless can do attitude coupled with a growth mindset – We are doing all that it takes to grow the brand, you shouldn’t be any different
  • Deep technical expertise in how Social Media operates – Mosseri is your friend, nothing good or bad that can happen on any godforsaken social media channel is unknown to you. You are on top of the trends and don’t chase them
  • Strong understanding of how D2C fashion brands (the struggling ones) operate – You own social media but have a clear understanding of the business growth levers and can make sense of the interconnectedness of different business functions
