Your key responsibilities

Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Quality Assurance (QA): Understand and analyse requirements to create detailed test scenarios.Execute test cases and help in regression testing.Identify, document, and track bugs. Business Analysis (BA): Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs. DevOps and Release Management: Contribute to environment stability and manage change requests.Assist in release planning and execution.Ensure smooth deployment and integration of new releases. Team Collaboration: Promote open communication and transparency within the team.Encourage team members to share knowledge and support each other.Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.Support team members in their professional growth and development.

Your skills and experience

Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in QA, BA, and DevOps roles. Quality Assurance (QA): Strong experience in QA, including creating test scenarios and executing test cases.Ability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively. Business Analysis (BA): Proven ability to perform BA tasks, including requirement gathering and documentation.Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Scrum Master: Proven experience as a Scrum Master.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL queries to query data.Experience with Python/Java scripting/Java and Cucumber framework/Selenium. DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. General: Excellent logical and analytical skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to quickly understand and build end-to-end system knowledge.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
