About the Companyim24x7 Delta Solutions is a global technology and innovation company delivering full-stack digital solutions — from strategy to design, engineering, and cloud deployment.About the RoleWe’re seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX Expert) who can craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.Responsibilities- Design end-to-end digital experiences across mobile, web, and enterprise products. - Conduct user research, define personas, and build journey maps to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma or Adobe XD. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect designs. - Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides for consistency. - Translate business requirements and complex workflows into simple, elegant UI solutions. - Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for better user engagement. - Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.Qualifications- Expertise in UI/UX tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong knowledge of responsive design, interaction principles, and design systems. - Experience with user testing, prototyping, and information architecture. - Ability to convert concepts into interactive, data-driven designs. - Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Skills- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. - Portfolio showcasing real product designs — web, mobile, and system dashboards. - Prior experience in a SaaS, startup, or enterprise product environment.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive pay, flexible hours, and an opportunity to shape the user experience for products used worldwide.Equal Opportunity Statementim24x7 Delta Solutions is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
