The primary responsibilities include:Connecting with inbound leads viaphone calls . Understanding theiremotional triggers . Guiding them withempathy and convictionto the best decision for their health. Book100+ qualified calls/monthwith training inadvanced probing & introspection(inspired by top psychologists). Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics.Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability in prospecting and maintaining high show-up rate. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels Self-motivated and able to work independently Previous experience in appointment setting Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWho We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or cold calling. Confident on calls with excellent verbal skills. Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions. Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST).What You’ll Earn: You’ll be compensated based on how well you convert. The better you perform, the more you earn.
