Managing a monthly Meta advertising budget of ₹1 Crore with strategic precision and performance-driven execution. Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance. Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals. Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS and achieve goals. Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads and D2C marketing.RequirementsProven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, specifically working with D2C brands. Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences. Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and custom event tracking. Excellent communication skills in English and HindiPreferred QualificationsExperience managing ad budgets of Rs 25Lakh - 1Crore per month. Familiarity with other ad platforms Google Ads is a plus.
