The successful candidate will possess a strong background in IT and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integration solutions using IBM WebSphere and ITX tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Utilize Java for application development and custom integrations within the IBM environment. - Conduct performance testing and optimization of integration applications to ensure reliability and efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM WebSphere and Java applications. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications. - Document technical specifications, processes, and integration workflows.Ideal Candidate Profile- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Engineering or related field. - 3 to 6 years of experience working with IBM WebSphere and Java. - Strong understanding of integration technologies and data transformation methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts. - Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.3.
