Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Campaign Specialist at J Digitals in Chennai. The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating communication efforts, utilizing analytical skills for optimization, and overseeing project management tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibility:


  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing multi-language advertising campaigns on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , etc.)
  • Developing targeting strategies for different audiences across regions
  • Optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and continuously improving results
  • Collaborating with content and creative teams to create relevant ad materials in different languages
  • Conducting audience research to identify segments, interests, and behaviors for more accurate targeting
  • Monitoring campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and making data-driven adjustments
  • Preparing campaign performance reports, analyzing insights, and developing recommendations for further improvements
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in social media advertising


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience in targeted advertising
  • Proven experience managing ad campaigns on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , etc.) in different languages
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or above
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign results and implement optimizations
  • Knowledge of targeting strategies, A/B testing, and audience segmentation for multilingual campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to effectively manage advertising budgets and optimize costs
