Role Overview:

As a Senior ReactJS Developer at Exonect, you will play a crucial role in developing frontend solutions for web and mobile applications. Your expertise in ReactJS and React Native will help build robust, scalable, and secure applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions, adhering to best practices and architectural principles.



Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Application Security: Implement best practices in application security to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
  • Architecture & Best Practices: Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for building scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ReactJS, React Native, and application security.



Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in ReactJS and React Native development, including end-to-end development of web and mobile applications.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of application security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Knowledge of front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Architectural Skills: Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable application architectures.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django).
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
