The Mission You’ll be the growth engine of Turnix — driving global sales, building partnerships, and getting our founder on calls with high-value clients ranging from schools to enterprise SaaS buyers. Your goal: 💰 Close $10K–$20K deals like it’s second nature. 🌍 Build a worldwide sales pipeline and manage relationships that actually convert. ⚡ Represent world-class products with confidence, charisma, and clarity. What You’ll Do Prospect, qualify & close international leads (schools, SaaS clients, B2B partners). Demo products at scale — Nail IB, Examplit, and Turnix-built SaaS tools. Book and manage meetings across global time zones, syncing directly with the founder’s calendar. Follow up shamelessly — build a system of persistence, not pressure. Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals with schools, institutions, or businesses. Create partnerships and distribution opportunities to scale globally. Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion performance. Who You Are A world-class communicator who can connect, persuade, and close across cultures. Shameless in follow-ups — you don’t ghost and don’t take ghosting personally. Tech-savvy — familiar with SaaS, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outbound automation. Fluent in English (bonus if you can handle international accents effortlessly). Confident on Zoom/Google Meet demos and product presentations. Has experience in EdTech / SaaS sales (preferred but not mandatory). High-agency mindset: you create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
