Job MARTIN (www.jeanmartin.com) has been established for 27+ years, expanding its presence in the global market. We're looking for people who want more than just a job - who are passionate about what they do As a Presales Associate, you will manage presales efforts of all our ongoing fintech business engagements.

Primary Responsibilities

- Data Analysis - Source, synthesize, compile, and interpret financial data/information. Analyze and translate this data into relevant engaging content for your presentations to the stakeholders for them effectively showcase/share it with their prospective customer. (e.g., banking, financial institutions, insurance, healthcare, retail)

- Research- Demonstrated capabilities to research and assimilate various data points including accessing the financial terminals like Bloomberg/Capital IQ/FactSet etc to incorporate the previous vs current practices, collate current/trending information and industry trends, and create specifications to share/discuss with our fintech stakeholders.

- Content Creation- Engage with sales, marketing, and product teams periodically to understand the business needs and transform complex financial requirements into clear, compelling content and keep them current/ready to use materials to plug and play in any of the requested vertical's presentation deck templates to our fintech stakeholders.

- Presentation- Continuously innovate and prepare and maintain tailor made visually appealing and compelling decks with the help of PowerPoint, Google slides or any other relevant tools for various audiences including C-suite executives, investors, and potential clients across multiple verticals. (e.g., banking, financial institutions, insurance, healthcare, retail)

- Reports -Constantly create and store case studies/decks/reports based on recent financial/banking/insurance/retail industry trends and share it with the stakeholders to support them with their sales initiatives. Keep repository of all data/information and maintain consolidated trackers to cull out present/past data and present it without much Full time Bachelor program in Commerce/Economics and Master program in Finance from a reputed academic institution with a consistent and an impressive academic track record.

- Minimum 4-8 years of relevant delivery/presales experience in Credit/Equity/IB roles with any consulting/banking firms.

Additional Requirements:

- Any valid US visa like B1/H1 etc preferable, if not we will sponsor

- Understanding of financial and banking products and services.

- Ability to network and build good relationship with our stakeholders

- Business Development

- Ability to identify, think through and provide relevant information accurately and efficiently.
