Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area. Approving requests for a certain level of authority. Ensure team members utilize consultative techniques for assessing process improvement opportunities within the organization through dialogue with operational leaders and team members Lead strategy to drive best practices for the Omni-channel customer analysis, insights, and development of testing strategies through both short term and long- term data analytics Use quantitative analysis to develop key hypotheses and considerations on customer engagement initiatives Provide compilation of analysis and results in presentation format, complete with timely and actionable recommendations for implementation Manage projects with strong technical and data driven components Work closely with the Campaign Management team on program setup and testing framework/tactics RESPONSIBILITIES Business WRB Processes SBIM - WRB Analytics Operations People & Talent Band 8A - Assistant Manager Regulatory & Business Conduct •Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. •Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Skills and ExperienceR / SAS / Python / SQL Tableau / MicroStrategy Dataiku / Databricks Excellent numerical aptitude Ability to interpret complex data sets and extract insight Analytical technology and statistical tools Any other BI tools Qualifications•Expertise skill in creating Dossiers and Dashboards in MicroStrategy independently. •Expertise in Data analytics tools like Dataiku and languages like SQL/R/Python (working knowledge on any of the tools) •Good to have understanding of business intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau etc. About Standard CharteredWe're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
