Job Summary:

The CHRO will lead all human resources functions, shaping HR strategy to support the company’s objectives within the dynamic oil and gas sector. This role requires a seasoned HR leader with a strong background in workforce management, compliance, and strategic HR planning in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, supporting growth and operational efficiency.
  • Talent Management: Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a skilled workforce tailored to the unique needs of the oil and gas industry.
  • Compliance and Labor Relations: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and foster positive employee relations, especially within the context of industrial and field operations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures that align with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and performance through programs that encourage engagement and support employee well-being.
  • Learning and Development: Oversee specialized training and development programs to enhance skill sets, safety awareness, and industry expertise.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives that promote inclusivity and support a balanced, high-performing workforce.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the oil and gas or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strategic HR management, labor law expertise, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, including workforce challenges, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
