The Opportunity. We are seeking anOracle Identity Manager (OIM) Core Developerto build and maintain identity and access management solutions. The role requires strong hands-on OIM development expertise, including connectors, event handlers, custom workflows, and integrations with enterprise applications.The Role. Key Responsibilities: Develop, and deploy OIM components (event handlers, scheduled jobs, SOA workflows, custom connectors). Implement and customize OIM connectors for target systems (LDAP, DB, SCIM, REST, Web Services). Troubleshoot provisioning/reconciliation issues and provide bug fixes. Develop and maintain OIM-related code using Java, Groovy, ADF and APIs. Integrate OIM with directories, databases, and enterprise applications. Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT. Document technical designs, code, and deployment procedures.The Expertise. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4–5 years of hands-on OIM development experience (OIM 11gR2 / 12c). Strong Java/J2EE and ADF programming background. Experience in developing connectors, event handlers, SOA/BPM workflows, scheduled jobs. Proficiency in OIM APIs (Provisioning, Reconciliation, User Management). Experience with WebLogic, Oracle DB, and LDAP directories. Good understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts (provisioning, RBAC, lifecycle). Preferred Qualifications: Oracle OIM Certification.
