Test Lead- Overall Experience: 5 - 6 Years - Qualifications: B. Tech / M. Tech /MCA / MSc (Computers) - Location: BangaloreImmediate Joiners OnlyCertification: Agile / Scrum will be an added advantageRequired Skills:Experienced in manual testing of web and mobile applications, with expertise in Agile sprint delivery, automation scripting experience in Selenium and/or Playwright, experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications and strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery management using JIRA.Job Description- Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. - 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end STLC implementation and exposure to test automation for Web/Mobile applications in Agile environments. - Expertise in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, PlayWright, etc.) and integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment. - Experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define testing requirements. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring to team. - Manage testing across multiple modules, projects, and environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery. - Proficient in JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.Roles & Responsibilities:- Delivery Responsibility: Planning, estimation, execution, risk management and Reporting. - Resource planning & Management. - Technical leadership and mentoring to team. - Interface with Customer and various business teams. - Jira agile - KPI monitoring & Reporting. - Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships with Customer and Internal teams.Note: Interested candidates can email their resume to hiring@ideabytes.com and share the relevant details in the email.Company OverviewIdeabytes is a Canadian multinational technology company, Headquartered in Ottawa with a Development Center in Hyderabad, India.
