Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Designer / Senior Architect to lead design and execution for our commercial and residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and hands-on project experience from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead design development for commercial, corporate, and residential interior projects. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop concepts, and present design solutions. Prepare detailed drawings and material specifications. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the design and build process. Manage design documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and standards. Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall design innovation within the studio. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 8+ years of experience in architecture/interior design with a focus on commercial and residential projects. Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery within a Design & Build setup. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong sense of design ownership.
