Role Overview: As a Senior Content Writer, you will play a vital role in elevating our brand presence across digital channels. We're seeking a savvy and experienced individual who is passionate about creating impactful content to drive brand engagement and increase organic traffic to our digital platforms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and senior leadership, you'll lead key content projects to create compelling messaging. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop content strategies to reach the target audience and marketing goals effectively. 
  • Create compelling content for various platforms including blogs, case studies, websites, brochures, event collaterals, webinars, and social media. 
  • Proofread and copyedit content to maintain quality and consistency. 
  • Execution of successful SM () campaigns to increase brand visibility. 
  • Responsible for all corporate-level marketing collaterals and communication initiatives. 
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on CXO communication letters and employee communication initiatives. 
  • Research content and consumer trends to ensure relevance and appeal. 
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistency across all platforms. 
  • Conducting content audits and offering constructive strategies/suggestions for improvements. 
  • Track and analyze content analytics and iterate on your content strategy. 
  • Supervise and mentor the content team and cross-functional team members on content best practices and initiatives. 


Requirements: 

  • GRC Domain Experience. 
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Senior Content Writer or similar role with 3 to 5 years of experience and atleast 2 years of exposure to IT/ITES services. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an understanding of editorial style guides. 
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, Growth Marketing practices/ principles, and digital channels. 
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
