The role is based in Navi Mumbai, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, conducting sales meetings, presenting payroll management solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction post-sales. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management - Knowledge and experience in Payroll Management Services or related fields - Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills - Ability to analyze client needs and create tailored solutions - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with self-directed productivity - Experience in a similar sales role is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
