We are hiringmultiple Service Desk (L1) Support rolesacross experience levels forfull-time, work-from-officepositions. ️Open Positions: Freshers (Technical Background) – Pune 1+ Years Exp – Pune & Bangalore 3+ Years Exp – Pune & Bangalore Key Skills Required: •Strong communication(verbal & written) • Analytical thinking & problem-solving • Experience with ITService Desk / L1 Tech Support • Basic knowledge ofAD, O365, Azure, Networking •Troubleshootingskills acrossWindows, Outlook, Teams, VPN , etc. • Experience using ticketing tools and following ITIL practices • Ability to manage incidents via phone, email, web, or chat • 100% Work From Office – No hybrid Locations:Pune & Bangalore Shifts:Rotational (US/UK) | 24x7 environment Notice Period:Immediate to 30 days preferred Education:Graduation/Post-Graduation with all marksheets & certificates mandatory Experience Range & CTC: Freshers – 2.5 LPA Tech background only - Pune & Bangalore 1+ years – Up to 5 LPA – Pune & Bangalore 3+ years – Up to 7 LPA – Pune & Bangalore Final package will be based on experience, last CTC, and performance in the evaluation process.
