Leap Gymnastics Academy (LGA) is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Lead to join our team. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new students, and retain existing members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports and a proven track record in marketing and communications, including experience in establishing partnerships with schools and organizations.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase enrollment, enhance brand visibility, and promote academy programs and events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with a social media agency, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.

Event Promotion:

  • Plan and execute promotional activities for academy events, including competitions, open houses, and special programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event promotion and execution.

Tie-Ups and Partnerships:

  • Develop and nurture partnerships with local schools and other organizations to promote academy programs and create collaborative opportunities.
  • Tie-up with freelance partners or organizations to utilise the gym and maximise revenue at non-class hours.
  • Implement outreach programs to engage with educational institutions and other organizations, including organizing workshops, demonstrations, and special events.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI for senior management.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the sports or fitness industry, preferably in gymnastics, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing partnerships with schools and other organizations.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and design software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
