With nearly 4 decades of experience, TIBCON has become an invaluable resource in the manufacture of industrial machinery, domestic appliances for several reputed international brands, and even defense electronics.Job description:Department: MarketingKey Responsibilities:Market Expansion & Channel Development:- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, partnerships, and distribution networks to accelerate business growth.- Develop go-to-market strategies for untapped regions and verticals.Product Strategy & Innovation:- Conduct gap analysis to identify unmet market needs and propose new product opportunities.- Collaborate with R&D and Sales to conceptualize and launch new product lines aligned with market demand.Market Intelligence & Analysis:- Lead competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and trend analysis.- Deliver actionable insights through regular market reports and dashboards.Brand Positioning & Communication:- Refine TELs brand messaging across platforms to reinforce technical excellence and emotional resonance.- Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and dealer engagement initiatives.Cross-functional Leadership:- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & Skills- MBA in Marketing or equivalent; Preferably Work Experience from Switchgear, Electrical Industry, or B2B Industrial Marketing preferred.- 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in electronics, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.- Proven record of accomplishment in market analysis, product development, and channel strategy.- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization.
