Should be able to do system administration :- Incident/problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.- Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management.- Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/ implement services improvements plans.Skills :- Installation, configuration, patching and upgrading of the Oracle E-Business Suite.- Installation, configuration, patching and upgrading of the Oracle middleware. This includes Weblogic, SOA Suite, IDM Suite and Oracle Enterprise Manager.- Assists in troubleshooting and technical system support for E-Business Suite- Provide day to day and project support for Oracle Apps RAC databases running Oracle Applications- Solid knowledge of Oracle utilities such as autoconfig, adpatch, adadmin, adpreclone, import/export, FND tools, etc.- Diagnose and solve issues within the Oracle E-Business suite of technologies, including EBS, OAM, Weblogic, and other Oracle Middleware products.- Maintain security for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Database and other Oracle Middleware applications.- Create and maintain system documentation around all Oracle technology products.- Work in support rotation 7x24x36- Good Understanding of Storage, Network, server technology, operating systems for optimal application performance is required- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail and communication skills both written and verbal w/preparing reports, presentations and documentation.- Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer to other technical team members.
