This full-time, client-facing role is critical for delivering complex business process automation, CRM/ERP solutions, and cross-platform integrations for our global clientele. The developer will possess expert knowledge of Deluge scripting, Zoho customization, and RESTful API integration, and must be comfortable translating business requirements into robust technical deliverables while working independently on multiple projects.Job Description : Zoho Ecosystem Development and Automation : - Design, develop, and customize end-to-end business solutions leveraging key products within the Zoho suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Marketing Automation.- Write, optimize, and maintain complex Deluge scripts and custom functions within Zoho products to implement intricate business logic, data manipulation, and automation processes.- Design and implement advanced automation components, including Blueprints, workflows, scoring rules, and custom modules, ensuring they align precisely with specified business processes and regulatory compliance requirements.- Configure and manage inbound/outbound webhooks and Zoho Flow integrations to enable automated data exchange and orchestrate complex, multi-application workflows within the ecosystem.3rd-Party Platform Integrations and API Management : - Develop and maintain robust, secure API integrations between Zoho applications and external e-commerce, CRM, and financial platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and HubSpot.- Manage all technical aspects of integration, including secure authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys), adherence to API rate limits, and ensuring rigorous data consistency and integrity across disparate systems.- Integrate Zoho solutions with various external services, such as payment gateways, specialized email marketing platforms, and third-party inventory management systems.- Apply knowledge of RESTful APIs and other integration protocols to build custom connectors and ensure smooth data synchronization.Client Communication, Testing, and Deployment : - Demonstrate excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and client-facing experience, being readily available to attend client calls, daily/weekly project meetings, and handle urgent queries confidently.- Actively participate in requirements gathering from stakeholders, meticulously translating high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications and precise development roadmaps.- Conduct thorough testing, QA, and debugging of custom Deluge functions, integration points, and overall Zoho workflows before release.- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation covering developed modules, API logic, deployment instructions, and system architecture.- Deploy custom applications and serverless components onto platforms such as Zoho Catalyst or client-provided infrastructure as required.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : Mandatory minimum 3 years of experience in developing complex solutions using the Zoho product suite.- Core Expertise : Strong hands-on expertise in Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM customization and automation, Zoho Creator app development, and Zoho Flow integrations.- Financial Modules : Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics for data reporting and operational integration.- Integration : Mandatory knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, and various integration protocols.- Web Technology : Good command of JavaScript, HTML, basic CSS, and general scripting logic.- Communication : Excellent English communication skills and proven client-facing experience with the ability to lead technical discussions confidently.- Work Ethic : Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects concurrently, and maintain daily task updates in project management tools.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) : - E-commerce/CMS Integration : Familiarity with Shopify Liquid templates, WooCommerce APIs, and WordPress hooks & custom post types.- Cloud/Serverless : Experience with Zoho Catalyst deployment and serverless application hosting.- Other CRM : Experience with HubSpot CRM or HubSpot CMS.- Backend Languages : Knowledge of Python or PHP for extended backend support or utility development.- Domain Knowledge : Understanding of business processes in domains like e-commerce, finance, HRMS, or logistics.
