Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. You will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  2. Manage and oversee financial audits, liaising with external auditors.
  3. Conduct tax planning and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
  4. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
  5. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  7. Prepare management reports and financial analyses for strategic decision-making.
  8. Should be very good at handling TDS, GST reconciliation, and timely GST calculation and payments.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing financial controls and procedures.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.


Qualifications:


  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
  2. 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
