Key Responsibilities: Independently handle end-to-end audits and compliance reviews for PMS and AIF clients in line with SEBI regulations. Review client data, investment statements, and reconciliations of AUM, income, and expenses. Verify and certify monthly/quarterly regulatory reports and disclosure documents. Liaise with client teams, custodians, and fund managers for data collection and query resolution. Guide and review work performed by junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy. Assist partners in preparing final audit reports and client presentations. Identify process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and compliance accuracy.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of SEBI PMS & AIF regulatory framework. Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and financial data analysis. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and lead small teams in a dynamic environment.
