We work with schools, corporates, CSR teams and government bodies, while managing 25+ AITA national tournaments and 15+ TPL tournaments annually.Role Overview We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can lead outreach, communication and admissions for our academy. The role blends marketing, partnerships and on-ground sales. You will help shape our 6–12 month marketing plan and ensure steady admissions growth through structured systems.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales conversations, lead follow-ups and conversionsManage online & offline marketing campaignsExecute and track social media content + performanceBuild partnerships with schools, corporates and communitiesSupport admissions at centres and eventsCoordinate with coaches and operations teamsMaintain CRM, lead tracking and reportingAssist in planning long-term marketing strategyRepresent the academy professionally in meetingsWhat We’re Looking For1–5 years of experience in marketing/salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle both fieldwork and deskworkComfortable with social media managementOrganised, proactive and target-drivenSports background is a big plus but not mandatoryWhat We OfferGrowth in a fast-scaling sports organisationExposure to high-performance sports environmentOpportunities for leadership as we expandA role where ideas and initiative are valuedCompetitive salary + incentivesHow to Apply Apply on or email your CV to contact@ethicaltennis.com
