Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager to lead revenue generation efforts for our Mumbai operations. This role will involve owning the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our Data as a Service (DaaS) offerings, driving sales growth, and forging long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, exceptional relationship management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
  • Own and drive revenue targets for the Mumbai region, ensuring consistent sales growth and profitability.
  • Identify, prospect, and close enterprise accounts, focusing on industries such as fintech, e-commerce, and FMCG.
  • Develop pricing models and negotiation strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.


Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
  • Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy tailored to DaaS offerings.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align GTM initiatives with business objectives.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase Segumento's capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and support.


Market Expansion & Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners to expand Segumento’s reach and ecosystem.
  • Engage with agencies and industry bodies to establish referral programs and alliances.


Reporting & Analytics
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare revenue forecasts, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of GTM strategies and recommend optimizations.


Qualifications
Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on data-driven or AI-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of DaaS, advertising ecosystems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.


Preferred
  • Experience working with ad tech or data intelligence platforms.
