Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive - Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The primary focus of this role is to drive demand generation through various channels including webinars, events, emails, and OEM (software vendor) relations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns and ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  2. Organize and host webinars to showcase our services, address industry trends, and engage with prospects.
  3. Coordinate and manage events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote our brand and generate leads.
  4. Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners to leverage co-marketing opportunities and expand our reach.
  6. Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure ROI and optimize marketing strategies.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree / MBA in marketing or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation ( Software Company background preferred)

Email Marketing experience for India, Asian markets ( CXO persona specific experience preferred)

Experienced in conducting 10+ B2B Webinar/Events with an ROI focus or Success matrix.

Handled a B2B marketing Agency in previous roles to drive Website management and Content deliverables.

Understanding of Account & Contact Database creation, refinement and feedback processes for Targeted email campaigns

Very Comfortable in Cross Functional alignment and a proven experience of strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to write insightful content pieces for a complex persona is an added advantage

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive results in a competitive market.


Skillset:

B2B Marketing, Webinar Management, B2B IT, CIO targeting events/campaign

Mandatory:

Experience in conducting 10+ B2B Webinar, Physical events,

3+yr experience into marketing preferred if worked in IT services

Experience in B2B marketing Agency / demand generation agency or insight sales management experience
