A. Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage payout calculation, reconciliation, and MIS maintenance for our POSP channel. The role involves working closely with sales, insurer, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate partner payouts and smooth data flow.B. Key Responsibilities1.POSP Business MIS Collection & Validation Collate and compile POSP channel business MIS from the sales function. Validate the business data received from regional teams and internal systems. 2.Reconciliation of POSP Data Reconcile POSP-issued business with insurer MIS to ensure accuracy. Identify mismatches or discrepancies and coordinate with teams for resolution. 3.Commission & Payout Mapping Map POSP commission slabs and payout structures across Life, General, and Health insurance products. Maintain insurer-wise, product-wise, and POSP-level payout matrices. Apply correct commission structures based on product, insurer, and business type. 4.Pay-In vs Pay-Out Analysis Compare insurer commission inflow (pay-in) with POSP payout outflow (pay-out). Identify profitability gaps, variations, and leakages in the POSP channel. Highlight anomalies to the reporting manager for corrective action. 5.Payout Calculation & Coordination Perform accurate POSP payout calculations within defined timelines. Prepare final payout files and share them with the Finance team for payment processing. Address payout-related queries from POSPs and internal teams. 6.MIS Maintenance & Reporting Maintain comprehensive POSP payout MIS on a monthly and quarterly basis. Create summary dashboards for management and channel performance reviews. Provide MIS support during audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks.C. Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience in MIS, payout processing, reconciliation roles, within insurance companies or insurance broking firms. Clear understanding of POSP commissions, incentives, and payout structures. Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and deliver within defined timelines. Early joiners will be preferred.
