The selected candidates will work oncutting-edge robotics platforms , collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliverscalable automation and robotics solutionsin real-world industrial environments. Role Overview We are looking forhands-on Deployment Engineerswith strong experience inrobotics system integration and field deployment . The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding ofautonomous navigation, mapping, and sensor integration , along with practical exposure toROS/ROS2-based development and on-site commissioning . Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and maintainAMR systemsfor indoor and outdoor navigation. Implement and optimizelocalization, mapping, and path planning algorithms(e.g., SLAM, AMCL, MPC). Integrate sensors such asLiDAR, depth cameras, IMUs, and wheel encodersinto robotic platforms. Develop software modules usingROS/ROS2, C++, and Pythonfor real-time control and perception. Conductsimulation testingusing tools such asGazebo, RViz, or MATLABto validate robot behavior. Performsystem-level debugging and troubleshootingacross hardware, firmware, and software layers. Collaborate withmechanical, electrical, and software teamsto implement and test new features. Preparetechnical documentation– including architecture diagrams, deployment notes, and test reports. Provideon-site supportand technical assistance duringcommissioning and deploymentphases. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degreein Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field. Minimum4 years of experiencein robotics deployment, field engineering, or automation commissioning. Proficiency inROS/ROS2, Python, and C++ . Experience withsensor fusionandmotion control algorithms . Familiarity withembedded systemsandmicrocontroller programming . Exposure toindustrial communication protocols(CAN, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) is an advantage. Stronganalytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills . Preferred Attributes Experience deploying robotics or automation systems in industrial settings. Ability to manage multiple on-site deployments with minimal supervision. Strong documentation and stakeholder communication capabilities.
