JD Orientation: - Role Summary :Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-gradeGoogle Workspace Architecture— driving collaboration, security, and seamless integrations at scale.Key Responsibilities: - Design & Deployment: Design and implementlarge-scale Google Workspace environments(Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Admin Console). Identity & Access: Manage Directory Synchronization (AD / LDAP / Cloud Identity) and 3rd-party SSO / Federation (Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OneLogin, Auth0) for end-to-end user Authentication. Migration & Modernization: Lead complexOffice 365 or legacy migrations, multi-domain splits, and tenant consolidations. Governance & Best Practices: Establish operational standards, monitoring, and change-management frameworks.Security & Compliance: - Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies andadvanced content controls. EnforceContext-Aware Access and Zero-Trust security principles. Define and maintain compliance, eDiscovery, and retention policies (Google Vault, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC).
