We’re Hiring: Freelance Business Development Executive - IT

OwlCraft is a startup studio that specializes in building and scaling innovative IT solutions. From backend development and AI integration to full-cycle product creation, we empower entrepreneurs and businesses to succeed.
We are currently in the initial phase of starting our company and are looking to kick-start our journey with the right talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with us, as the initial payment will be equity/commission-based.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 to 5 years in IT sales, business development, or project acquisition.
- Client Focused: Ability to identify and fulfill client needs within the IT industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services like AI, backend systems, and mobile app development.
- Networking: A strong network in the IT sector or ability to establish one quickly.
- Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and professional in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire IT projects from local and international clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent OwlCraft at a high level, promoting our services and enhancing our reputation.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver on client requirements effectively.

- Positive feedback and retention from clients.
- Notable contributions to OwlCraft’s visibility and market identity.
