It is designed to be intelligent, scalable, and future-ready, catering to the evolving needs of enterprises worldwide.Role Description The ideal candidate will combinestrong backend development expertise (Django)withhands-on experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, andenterprise application deploymentacross hybrid environments.You will play a key role in architecting and deploying MyBizz ERP solutions — both in the cloud and on customer-managed servers..Key Responsibilities Backend Development (Django): Design, build, and maintain scalableDjango-based enterprise modules and REST APIs. Optimize backend logic, data processing, and API response times. Integrate MyBizz ERP services with third-party enterprise systems and APIs.Azure DevOps & Deployment: Develop and manageCI/CD pipelinesfor bothon-premises and Azure cloud environments. Automate build, test, and deployment workflows usingAzure DevOps,Docker, andKubernetes. Configure infrastructure for high-availability, security, and performance optimization. Work with IT/Infra teams for versioning, patch deployment, and system monitoring.Enterprise System Integration & Deployment: Plan and executedeployment of large-scale applicationssimilar toSAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP. Implement data migration, upgrade, and rollback strategies. Ensure seamless integration between cloud and customer-managed systems. Maintain documentation for deployment architecture, versioning, and configurationRequired Skills & Experience 2+ years of proven experience inPython and Django. Strong expertise inAzure DevOps(Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards). Solid understanding and experience in implementation of on-premises and cloud (Azure) deployment models. Experience withlarge enterprise systemssuch asSAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent. Proficiency inDocker,Kubernetes,Git, andLinux-based environments. Database skills withPostgreSQL/MySQL, and familiarity with caching (Redis). Strong understanding ofCI/CD automation,security compliance, andscalability practices. Experience inAPI-based integrationswith ERP or financial systems. Exposure tomicroservicesanddistributed architecture.
