Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical implementation and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and deploy Teamcenter configurations, customizations, and integrations. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers. - Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of Teamcenter solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter applications. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of deliverables. - Stay up to date with the latest Teamcenter updates, features, and industry trends. - Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users and team members. - Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system upgrades and support.Preferred Skills:- 6+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, and support. - Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and integration capabilities. - Proficiency in PLM-related programming languages and technologies (e.g., ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, AWC). - Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and ERP integration. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Certification in Teamcenter or related PLM systems is a plus.
