You show discernment, attention to details, and want to evolve quickly.Your main responsibilities:Understand our customer processes and help optimize their work using our high-tech solutionsGet acquainted in detail with the specific aviation domains of our customers and rapidly become fluent as to what they do, and what challenges they are facingHelp our customers to configure and manage their digital enterprises and work instructionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to keep the product aligned and live as per customer needs.Deliver the job on time according to the project scheduleYour qualifications and skills:Bachelor’s or master's degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautics, or other aviation-related studies.A minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation industry is required.Prior hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance is highly desirable.Experience in a customer-facing role will be an added advantage.Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Strong interest and willingness to learn a software product.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently.We offer competitive compensation depending on your profile.
