We are a team ofhustlers and mission-driven individuals looking to decarbonize India oneroof at a time.Company Website - http://www.solarsquare.inJob Role: Lead Relationship ManagementJob Type: Individual ContributorBase Location: Pune, MaharashtraEligibility Criteria:Education Min: Graduate (Any Graduate)Relevant Professional Experience: Min: 2 year - Max: 5 YearScope Of Work / Responsibilities- Involved in the End-to-End Sales process from Lead Generation to Order Collection and payment Collection. - Generating leads from multiple platforms. - Enter and update customer information in the database. - Take and process orders in an accurate manner. - Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. - Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications. - Analyzing customer feedback on products and services offered. - Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.Expectations- The candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - The candidate should be a problem solver and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts with the customer. - The candidate should be a team player. - Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information. Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels. - Proficiency in MS Office.Office Timings: 10AM - 7 PMWorking Days: Monday - SaturdayOffice Location: Baner, PuneCTC : 6 LPA - 8 LPA FixedPreference: Females
